Following are the past issues of our newest publication. The publication commenced in Autumn 2022. Normally, issues will be produced in the Spring and Autumn of each year. Please note that no issues were prepared during the year 2024.
All issues are downloadable, but redacted to eliminate personal or official information of the Order inappropriate for public viewing. We do not publish our minutes and other reports except in private membership publications of the Order. We also do not publish membership information for living or deceased members or former members except in private membership publications of the Order.

Our Premier publication, Executive Papers, is a scholarly genealogical publication researched and edited by Alexander Bannerman, assisted by Patricia Wasilik. Nineteen volumes have been published to date, and include the complete ancestry of all of the Presidents and First Ladies, as well as the non-First Lady wives of the Presidents. Additional issues will be published as a new Presidential couple is elected to the White House. It is circulated to the Membership by regular postal mail in magazine form. Our newsletter, Executive Diary, is published approximately twice per year – usually in the early Spring and late Fall. It contains the administrative matters of the Order, as well as featuring brief historical articles and other items of interest to the Membership. Executive Diary is circulated by email to members only, as a PDF file.
Both publications are a benefit of membership in the Order, and new members receive automatic subscriptions to all issues published after they have established membership.
